As we all know the original power supply in-jack was placed all down to the bottom of the case of Boss pedals. The later one is on the front wall of the case, not reaching the bottom.
We also know that those two was used in parallel for a long time, but is there any pedal that still have the old type?? DS-1 or SD-1??
If no when did the shift occur?

I believe the SD-1 is still using it (unless they've changed it recently). The others changed when the pedals was redesigned from ACA to PSA adapters. This change usually coincides with label changes (DS-1, OC-2, BF-2 etc) but for some pedals (like the DD-3) the PSA was used from the start and the socket was changed without changing labels.

One interesting new thing, when we are talking about this jack, is the stickers that states the use of PSA or ACA beside the power supply jack, on FDR-1 and FBM-1 there is a little sticker (approx 2 x 4 mm) fixed on the jack itself. The sticker says just PSA.
This is because of the texture of these pedals, a sticker would not sit for a long time on the body of the pedal.
