A friend gave me an old amp that he rescued from his neighbor who was going to toss it away. The adhesive that holds the tolex on had dried up and the tolex was all coming off and the four screws that hold the amp chassis into the cabinet were missing. Also missing were the feet and a couple of screws that hold the cabinet corners. By far the worst problem was the adhesive that bonds the speaker cone to the speaker frame was dried up as well and the cone had come partially unattached from the frame. The tolex was easy to reattach with contact cement, the screws only cost two bucks and I had some feet in the OSP bin. For the speaker I found this adhesive and it worked out great. It's called speaker service cement and it is an excellent product
