Not sure if people here have seen this but a few of the Boss pedals are $10 off at Musicians Friend. Or you can go to most guitar stores and they'll meet the price. DS-1 $29.99, SD-1 $39.99, ect... but be careful because they also raised the price on a few and list them as on sale. OD-3 is $10 more than usual.

Fuck! that's the cheapest new DS-1 I've seen and they don't ship overseas... That's a sham.

Anyway, I don't think it's legal to sell something without warranty...
