Hi there!!
Maybe some of you will think thats a silly question, but is TU 2 a "dead" pedal on the chain? I mean, does the place that Tu2 is located have some influence on the chain?

I want my tuner first because I want to signal to be clean.. If you got a turned on phaser before you probably can't tune your guitar..

ya i think your best bet is at the start of the chain. it just makes most sense there, or even possibly your last pedal

I don't use a TU-2, but I put my Planet Waves pedal tuner dead last in the chain. Why? Becuase when I'm changing guitars or *gasp* pedals, I can just mute the whole signal. No pops, hum, or having to switch off the amp!

You may ask, "Does it tune as accurately after all those pedals?" It does. In fact, when people are checking out my tuner, I'll turn on my phaser, then the tuner, and they can see the pitch track on the tuner. Very accurate.

Well, my set up is:
AMP (I dont have one)--> DM2 ---> BF2 ---> GE 7 ----> OD 1 ---> TU2 ---> Guitar
So, is it right?

Thats the best for TU2, since the signal is the cleanest

I would switch the order on the GE-7 and OD-1 though

I would actually leave it like it is if you're using the GE-7 as a boost effect. That's all I ever really used a GE-7 for.
I have to agree with the majority here about putting the tuner first in the chain. I'm old school that way...
