Does anyone know if it is possible to use an LFO carrier signal (like those you can generate with some Moogerfooger pedals) to control the tap tempo of a Boss pedal?

The carrier signal is just a repeating change in CV... could that be equated to the interruption a tap switch creates? Perhaps the CV would have to be gated?

I would like to be able to synch my PH-3, DD-7 and RC-2 and my Moogerfooger MF-102 to the same tempo. Is there an easy way to do this?

It should be easy to build a small circuit where the LFO control voltage is used to turn on a transistor which triggers a relay - the relay contacts would then be the tap tempo footswitch. Not sure how Boss pedals would respond to a an actual voltage on a tap-tempo input (they are designed for a contact closure).
