Im currently using a OD-1 boosting my DS-1, but even though i love the sound of those 2 together im thinking i have limited options just using those, so i thought maybe this would be the place to get some good advices for what should be the next OD's, DS's i should buy.
My plans were to buy SD-1 to boost a MD-2 or an OD-3. Maybe you can tell me which it is good or you if you can give a better suggestion i really want to hear it. i mostly play rock, blues, a bit jazz, metal and pop so its alot of various settings im needing here.
thank you, and i hope to hear from you |

Bossman,
Check the roland US website for manuals. In many of the manuals they have suggested settings
Also, they have a distotion chart here at:

I think you should use the GE-7 to boost your signal cause then you get the same overdrive sound..

| I use and like a lot the SD-1 into MD-2 combo. You should try it out in a store before you buy it to see if its for you though |

My FZ-2, which everyone here is probably sick of hearing about ,has a separate booster mode with bass and treble cut/boost. It has a massive amount of boost available (more I believe than a GE-7). It could be what you want. Cheers! |
