I read up on some mods for the CE-2 on a website that suggested a few different cap values at cap 22. I bought a trimmer cap to be able to dial in exactly what I want.

I've got a CE-3.

I've heard that the circuit is similar enough that I can do basically all of the same mods to this circuit - but I'd like to be sure that I'm doing it right.

Can I get a CE-3 Schematic anywhere?

Thanks

Hi devonteran

Welcome to the forum from Australia.

Have you looked at the links in the (Sticky) Schematic links thread under Mods & Technical?

Thanks for the link to the schematics thread. I PM'd ssanyee.

I got the trimmer cap at a local electronics shop. I was just going to use a regular cap but when I saw it I thought I'd give it a try.

The only problem is that the trimmer cap has three poles on it, so I'm not quite sure what the proper way to wire one up is. Any ideas? I yhink I might also have to wire it off board and send the leads to the board via jumpers because the poles are a little big for the holes on the boss board.

The trim cap goes from 8.5-120pf rated for 250v Ceramic(that should be plenty for my little pedal, eh?).

The company that made it was Jim-Pak
