Hi mates
A friend of mine just bought off ebay a FV-50L and its volume increases gradually for the 1/3 and then for the remain 2/3 there is a noticeable really rapid increase.
Is this normal? or the volume must increased gradually from the beginning to the end?
The seller claims that this is the natural function of this pedal...
can you help?

Yes it is normal.
That's just the way the volume curve is set on the FV50.

I got rid of mine as I hated it because of this.
I still use my older FV300.


I don't know what the volume curve is like on the new FV500 though.

Yes it's kind of annoying but it's a great low cost pedal.
I'm planning to buy the FV500 and i think the volume curve is constant from beginning to end, if i'm not wrong...

I have the 500 and love it!! It will never leave my board.

The curve is not like the 50. It is gradual with no cut off.

I wonder does anybody knows why the 50 has this cut off in the middle?
i mean for what purpose?
