The LED was somehow smashed on my PH-2 is it easy enough to replace. Do I need to get an LED to particular specs.

No,any regular 3mm led will do.

It's an easy fix if you can solder.

The orange cable goes to the + side of your led (the longer leg)

Thanks for the reply. I'll give it a shot see if I have an existing LED lying around and solder it in place.
