I was looking through all my odds and ends looking for some stuff to start experimenting towards building the chorus/flanger unit i was talking about a couple of weeks ago and i found a old broken boss power supply...all you tech guys must be starting to rub off on me because when i opened it i found a broken solder connection on the little board inside,it had also broken the trace over to the next solder joint when it pulled away from the board...all the talk of 'jumper wires' in this part of the forum came to mind and 5 minutes later Franzoni had a working Boss power supply...now i'm off to start experimenting with some pedals off the stereo outs of the Pod to see what a CE-2 and a BF-2 sound like running either side into a stereo power amp.......catch you later....
Yep PSA...thats the nice thing about the boss adapters..they have four screws so you can take them apart.... i tried the the two pedals and they worked great...!! no hums, ground loops etc..but to be honest the slow speed on the Dynacord CLS 22 leslie simulator in the rack already or the CE-1 simulation in the Pod XT pro sound just as good so i can't justify pulling the pedals apart to make the unit...i might try the DD-3's on a a fast echo and one on a slow echo coming out either side of the wet rig to see what their like... at least it got me off my ass and i have a spare, working power supply for backup.....
