Well, I've never had a dead one before today. Anyone dismantled one? I removed the two screws but can't get the casing apart.

Hi Laurie

I just replied to your post in my topic on how i fixed mine.... there are 4 screws on mine recessed in and the holes blocked with some black, foam rubber plugs..i just popped the plugs out with the tip of the screwdriver removed the screws and the casing came apart no problem...this one is probably about 10 years old or more i think it was the first one i bought...

Maybe the European 240v version or the older PSA's are different ? dunno bro'...you want me to take some pics...?.........
