Cost effective
...
£514
Was thinking of something idk around 200-250 mark Anything 10-30 Watts would be fine as this would purely just be for person enjoyment atm, not gigging. |

| A used Fender Blues Junior? They usually go for the price you're asking. |

Thomann have some stuff that might suit your budget...i've found them to be the cheapest for me anyway with gear....free shipping over to Dublin once i spend over €199..as if that will be happening anytime soon anymore... ...i'm sure if you check out the UK website thay have a similar deal for your good self.... |

Cheers dude I'll check it out Nothing on GAK but dont live far from a huge music shop PMT so when I've recvored I'll go for a butchers... I did however stumble across a Fender Champion 600 reissue for under £150... 5 watts is more than enough for home use. Whatya think? |

You don't think about those crappy Harley Benton stuff or however they label their home brand amps? Cheap China junk! I would vehemently advise against these! |

If not a used one, save for a new one. I may buy one of these at the end of the year. It really was between that and my Blackstar HT-5 when I went amp shopping. Still not convinced 100% I made the right decision, so I'm hoping to have enough of the folding stuff to treat myself to one later this year. |

I would advise against jumping to conclusions.... don't think i mentioned HB amps...?...although i've heard that they can be fun to mod... i said that i've found thomann to be reliable and MUCH cheaper than anyone else here in Ireland and they have blackheart, egnater etc for decent prices...RH started out looking for a 30 watt combo...i reckon for home use 15 watts would be plenty with the option to mic up for small to medium gigs... |

I know saving for a BJ is the smart thing to do but... I'm far from patient However I'll try one out and see if its worth saving for. Wont be for a while though cause I have a few pedals in mind that are taking priority atm |
