Look what the Ebay Faerie brought today. Pot codes mid 1979.
Script back cover. Yeah, it has been battle tested. The look
got me, I am a sucker for the broken in asthetic. Has a switch issue
that I have to fix. I got some wood.

That yours Racer? Nice snag, although I'm a pretentious bitch and prefer cleaner pedals. I've been on the hunt to regain one of these. The + was my second distortion pedal (1st being a wah-looking Maestro). Trying to regain the analog chain (of yesteryear) from hell.

Nice pedal!!!

Hi Racer X

Any chance of some closeup pics of both sides of the PCB.

I would greatly appreciate it,
if you PM me some very hi-res shots, before you resize them for the forum.
Maybe with a mm ruler in the pic as a size reference.

Regards Dr. Bob

They sound fantastic!!

I have one in similar condition as yours. Someone did put an adaptor socket on it which enables it to use with a Bossadaptor, which makes it even better!!

Notice the bottom left( in the picture )side near the cover. The little notch is for an adapter that apparently had a battery clip.

These critters do sound fantastic. Very smooth.

Full photo spread later today. Found an interesting solution to
the foam rot dilemma.
