I just bought the AC-2 pedal used and whenever I turn the "Top" knob up I get a high pitched hissing in the backround....Is this normal? and if it is is there anyway to illiminate it? It is not so bad when plugged into an amp but when plugging in direct for recording purpaces it's overwhelming....Thanks so much in advance....!
That's probably normal. I've noticed that mine is a bit noisy even through an amp. There's probably a way to eliminate that by changing some components inside, such as electrlytic capacitors. Try to post in the "modifications and technical issues" area of the forum and see if there's anyone that can make a suggestion.
Question: AC-2 "Top" knob...... Please Help...
