Sorry. If there was a "Miscellaneous Music Stuff" thread, I'd post there. As a matter of fact, I'll be the 1st to vote for one! Sometimes I can't find a thread that something fits on. So rather than creating more work for Bossarea, I'll just post stuff over here instead. Rest assured, I DO glance at the major threads to see if something fits first though. Anyway, feel free to discuss anything under the sun here at OT..
I love Scrubs & Family Guy.
There, that wasn't so hard for me was it? heh |

I like scrubs also, but generally dislike family guy sometimes a lot.
Futurama is where it's at! So is Boondocks! |

| Family Guy has gotten a bit too fratty for me, but the older ones are pretty great but only if you get all the ridiculous random pop culture references and stuff...which i'll admit I only get it like 80% of the time, Scrubs is great inspite of Zach Braff, but greatest of all are Project Runway and Make Me A Supermodel...and Aqua Teen Hunger Force...tv rules...i think it has to do with this weird backlash i had cause at some point a few years ago i decided that tv was lame so i didn't really watch it for like 3 years...the lure is too great... |

I have to confess i still watch all the re runs of the simpsons with my two oldest girls,it's the only way to get them to turn off nick jr in the evenings even if they don't fully understand all the jokes and wonder why mammy and daddy are laughing so much.... ...i also have a soft spot for 'married with children'...al bundy rules..but it's never on anymore..... ...... |

Got to admit I spend way too much time in front of the tv. I do like the cartoons you've already mentioned but most of the time I'm geeking in front of discovery channel or some other documentary channel ...unless there's footy on |

Oh, HELL yeah! I LOVE my DirecTV but most of the programming is crap (not their fault, rather, its the industry). I can't wait until I can pay a small premium for Channels ala Cart. All I REALLY need is:
My local channels CNN (but its not the same since Rudi Bakhtiar left) USA TBS History TNT Comedy Central VH1 Military Discovery & a few more..
Actually, I'd pay that ala Cart premium & double that.. then double THAT.. NOT to have commercials! Look, I know Coke exists. If I get thirsty & want one, I'll BUY one. I can stand without the BARRAGE. New cars, hard penii, FlowMax, GEICO, & divorce lawyers. Its the same crap all the time.
Do you realize that a standard 30-min show only gives you between 17-23 minutes of actual show? Patheticiscm at its finest. |

i dig Travel Channel, Discovery, and Bravo, cartoons are implied...
Travel channel is kind of love hate for me though, because on one side, i love when they do all the beach stuff cause i love that and it inspires me, and then i realize they're paying someone who has no idea why they're there to travel the world, for free...then i die a little bit on the inside and go eat cake... |
