As mentionned in the title, I want to know if the 1/2 rack PSR-10 is a good product... or not.

What are its strenghts? What are its shortcomings?

I think that you meant the RPS-10 MicroRack Pitch Shifter?

This unit must be pretty close to the PS-2 "Digital Pitch Shifter / Delay". I'm curious how the "INV"-mode of this unit sounds like - therefore it's on my "effects I want to try before I die"-list.

If it comes close to the PS-2, here's a sound demonstration I made with the compact pedal:

Thanks for your offer, but this unit is not really number one of my list. And it comes pretty cheap in Europe from time to time. I have seen one or two of them last year at eBay that only went up to 30 � or so.
