I have a vintage Proco Rat that I am trying to date. The pot(s) says ER3977 on one side and 1378136 on the other. Any ideas oh wise ones? Thanks, PH

Well, from my understanding the 1378136 number would indicate 137 as the manufacturer code ( CTS - Chicago Telephone Supply ) and the the 8136 would be broken down as such: the pot was manufactured in the 36th week of 1981.
