I was in my local store to buy some bass strings when I saw they had a sale on all their Behringer pedals. I bought a blues overdrive that sounds pretty good and has qite a bit of adjustment on the gain for overdrive thru to distortion. As well the tone can be adjusted from a bassy low to screaming high. I havent had enough time to experiment as yet but it certainly has more tone options than my old OD1 had.

My reverb pedal is a Behringer DR100 and it will stay that way until I can find an RV-5 for the right price (choke). The DR100 is a boring general workhorse, but it does work, and it is cheap.

The Blues Overdrive is a great pedal; a real classic amongst the Behringer pedal range which does contain quite a lot of dross.

Is there a thread on Behringer gear? Maybe we could separate the wheat from the chaff....

Im sure some of this behringer gear could be hotrodded by simple component upgrades as most are Boss clones.

Hi One-Way & guys

Trouble is, (Most but not all) of the Behringer pedals, are (SMD-SMT) surface mount, & use lead free solder.

Just my 2 cents worth.

I've got the DD-100 delay and it's not bad, and is very popular on ebay (basically sells for what you'd pay for it new). I'm tempted to buy one of the behringer recreations of say a slow gear to see if it was any good.

Hi Guys

The Behringer pedals like the DD-100 use a delay & DSP processor, from a company called "Cool Audio"

I have the DD-100, it was part of a box of stuff I won in a Box Lot auction.
While it's OK to use, & has a max delay of 2.6 seconds;

Tone wise, it's definitely not a DD-2.

Regards Dr. Bob.
