It looks like some kind of distortion pedal with an oscillator and a noise gate build in. Most likely some kind of boutique pedal with a limited supply run.
i have one, it's basically a fuzz pedal that is more or less built to be a table top noise unit...it's amazing for feedback loops but you can still get a pretty tame, usable fuzz tone for your guitar out of it but i doubt it's optimal for something like that...
oh and i love it to death, it's always in my chain.
