I don�t know if this has been discussed before, but I understand that the one�s pedals were made in the other�s factory, and that KMD�s pedals in the 80�s were VERY similar designs to Boss�s.

This website: http://filters.muziq.be/model/kmd has some info on these effects. The pedals without model numbers seem the most BOSS-like.

Just posting that because the site above only has pictures of the tops of them.

I would say that without a doubt whoever makes the Boss cases made those KMD cases.
