Welcome to the forum....... yep the blue one is a CE-2 ...the one beside it looks like a DD-3 or one of the DD delays..the light makes it look bit yellow but it's actually white and the tops of the knobs are blue so thats the givaway... unless he is being really sneaky and changed them as well....i think he's covered the top of the pedals in tape just to write his settings on it in case the knobs got a knock rather than try to hide the name or make of the pedal in fairness... the bottom one looks like a TU-2 tuner pedal,the other stuff all looks like custom boutique stuff,the knob layout on the big black pedal on the bottom sort of reminds me of a triangle big muff layout..might be some sort of custom clone...the small silver pedal with the red knob looks familiar but i can't remember where i've seen it before...posssibly some sort of clean booster......hope this helps.....
I vote DD-5 for the delay.. look at the "mode" knob - the word "MODE" itself appears further from the top edge than on the DD-6 or DD-7.
Also, the text under the knobs (although just a blurry smear) looks more to my eye like that of the DD-5 (chart-style, not just text).
I have to second that opinion there is a space like on the dd5 if you look at the 6 there is pretty much no gap. with this pedal there is a noticable gap
