I've started saving some tones in the patch banks and I've run into a problem. I'm a dub/reggae musician so I use a lot of delays. Here's an example of my tone arrangement. In bank 1 I use a distortion tone i created (pedal 1), a clean tone (pedal 2), and a delay tone (pedal 3). The problem occurs when I use the delay. I want to be able to hit the delay and have it trail off for a long time while being able to switch back to my clean tone. However, the trail of delay is instantly cut off the moment I switch my tone over to clean. I was wondering if there is any way around this. Thankyou.

I don't have a ME-50 so I can't answer your question but welcome to the forum.

Moving this thread to "other Boss".

You have to switch into the manual mode where the pedals function as individual stompboxes, so you can use your delay and distortion individually. The delay will trail when bypassing it in manual mode.
