Type IV is perhaps the most common knob on Boss pedals. If you go to the main page and sort the menu on release date you will find that all 4 knob pedals released between 1983 and 1990 has them. In addition the BF-2 and CE-3 got them at a later stage and the AW-2 and LS-2 (released 1991), OD-2r (1994), DD-5 (1995) and DD-6 (2002) has them.
I may have forgotten some too. Just click on each pedal and you can easily see which ones have them and which ones don't.
