I can buy one of those for about $60 and wonder if it worth it? Should I go for some of the later incarnations? I already have HM-2, and like it. |

| of the Boss PS-x series (which includes the HR-2), the only one I've never tried is the PS-3... however, if you already have a digital delay, then you might be better off getting a PS-5 instead of a PS-2 or PS-3. since the PS-5 is newer, it probably has a better sampling rate than previous models, and it should sound better. (that said, I'm told that the all-analog Electro-Harmonix POG sounds even better than the PS-5 for octave up effects.) |
