You'll need: tin snips, sheet metal folding tool,1/8" drill bit, file or wire wheel, velcro, thin shoe string cut in half, felt cloth w/sticky side, alunimun sheet .25 thick, template cut to specs on picture. Use template to trace out shape on aluminum & felt & cut. Cut out ac adapter access. Use metal bending tool to fold in edges, start with short edge then a long edge then short etc. Drill a hole on each side for shoe string. Use wire wheel to knock off rough spots. Insert sticky felt. Cut off excess and use razor to cut out drill holes. Tie shoe string around pedal. attach velcro. Jam.

That's pretty cool. Thanks for the detailed pics. You should patent the idea before someone nicks it and get rich of your ideas
By the way: Thanks for being the first to test the file upload. There is an image in your posts that doesn't show up in the browser. Did you add the image as well as the automatically inserted download-attachment-blurb?

Hey Bossarea, Thanks for the vote of confidence! You wrote: There is an image in your posts that doesn't show up in the browser. Did you add the image as well as the automatically inserted download-attachment-blurb? I have to admit I am a novice at posting pictures to the net so I don't know how to answer. Peace |

No worries. I tested some more and I think it works as it should. |
