Why not keep it if it sounds just as good? You have the added option of the turbo footswitch.



Yep the OD-2r may be useful for doing gigs at moments where you would just need that tiny extra bit of volume.

Just got myself an OD-2R and compared it to the OD-2, there is for sure more gain in the turbo-mode. Soundwise they are very close but you can drive your amp harder with OD-2R.
