Were the Ibanez 5/Soundtank Series pedals made by Daphon?

Some seem to think they were, but AFAIK, all the 5/Soundtank Series were made in Taiwan and, now at least, Daphon is (solely?) in mainland China.

Daphon's 10 Series pedals are certainly very Soundtank-like.

I've heard the same claim being made elsewhere but never seen it confirmed. They certainly look similar so it woudn't surprise me if Daphon made the soundtanks. If they didn't, they may have bought the design for their own line of effects.
