The Box Of Rock is basically 3 SHOs in series that cascade into each other.

...from what I understand that's also a gimmick...the clone doesn't "crackle" when you turn the knob...freakin things too bright for my tastes anyway...I prefer the MXR Micro Amp personally...under a $100 to boot

From what i understand, that's not a gimmick, just design incompetence. Same as the self-oscillation squeal that plagues some fuzz factories is due to not grounding the circuit input on bypass...

Hi DeFrag

Nice pictures.

Is it your unit?
Is the (VERO)PCB held in place with just some double sided black take?
Or is there a LED & mounting bush, that mounts it it to the front panel?

I have been keen to see some really good internals of the B.O.R. pedal.

A few pics have been posted, but not as clear as the ones you uploaded.
