A while back, it was 'thought' that the CE-2B might be handy to use on guitar because a) maybe it was a CE-2 just 'voiced' a little differently, and b) sure would be handy to have a level control to dial-in some chorus rather than full-on chorus.
I have been looking now for a cheapie CE-2B (pawnshops etc) for about 1 year and a half and no luck.
Can anyone tell me if this is worth pursuing? Can you tell us if that CE-2B is worth it for the level control to add some subtle chorus or is the voicing all wrong for guitar.
I was lucky enough to purchase one of these pedals new back in '96 or so, just before the CEB-3 came out. I use it on both instruments all the time, since it's the only chorus pedal I have. Although a nice minty CE-2 would make my GAS bubble come to life
