I have a Boss Dr. Rythm Section DR-5, and I've lost my 9 volt PSA power adaptor. I'm wondering if I can use a Radio Shack AC adaptor, its input is 120VAC and the output is 9VDC 1200mA ?

If the DR-5 prefers the PSA adaptor, this will work. If the preferred adaptor is the ACA, you might want to look for a 12V adaptor.

Just be aware that some units are fuzzy about clean DC and can be noisy with non-Boss adaptors.
