I've just received my friend's DC3 and compared it with mine (both are Digital Space D). He thing is that I didn't noticed at first, but both needs to have the "e.level" at maximum level to hear any difference in the sound. Does that thing happen to everyone here ? Perhaps it comes from the amp I use at home (a small 40w Marshall). It's weird this happens with both units...

Let us say that the Effectlevel goes for 0 to 10, then you would say that the effectlevel knob starts to kick into function when it is turned on to 6, turn it up more and the effect will become more noticeable, so to answer your question: Yes this seems to be normal.

The EQ knob is similar in that respect, very very subtle, so you may have to turn it up quite a bit to hear what it does.

I have a feeling that this is something of older Bosspedals as I have noticed this on other Bosspedals of that period as well.
