SweetWater.com is also offering them for that price. I would really like to get one. I have the RC-20XL and I love it, but the compact RC-2 would be better since it takes up less room. I was hoping someone would post a review by now. From what I understand, the only major difference between the two is the lack of Reverse mode on the RC-2. Whoopee, I never use it.
What I really want to know is the sound quality. I have owned just about every looper available over the years, and the RC-20XL is by far the quietest loop pedal ever made from any manufacturer. I know the original RC-20 was a little noisy. So does anyone know if the RC-2 is as quiet as the RC-20XL?
I preordered the AC-3 and that turned out to be a mistake. The pedal was available on the web and in other stores before they sent out my order. Bananas and Sweetwater may be better at this than my supplier but it's worth keeping in mind.
