How to power a DM-2 and/or a TW-1?
I thought a Boss ACA-adapter would only be available on the used market, but it seems there's a Boss ACA-230G around in stores. On bossus.com there's no mentioning of the 230G, in fact only the new switch adapters are shown
Does anybody have one? Do they do what the vintage ACA's did? And if so, can I use one of these new 230G to power both a DM-2 and TW-1? I tried supplying the DM-2 with 9V from a FuelTank, but as expected it didn't work very well. I'm not even going to bother trying the TW-1 this way, it sounds great with a battery, but batteries and boards don't mix that well. |
