| BossArea/Dr.Bob, what are your thoughts on this? Just faded? Or do we have another (rare) variation of the MT-2? |

Hi davslav67 & Guys
Welcome to the forum from Australia.
Strange indeed. Do you do a lot of outdoor gigs? bright sunlight? Did you spill something on it? (Besides Beer)
That's one of the things I love about all the info we receive on our forum. Just when you thought we have seen everything, something like this pops up.
Thanks for the picture. But can I ask you to take some internal pics as well? Laurie & I have discovered that there are at least 4 variations, of the opamps in various incarnations of the MT-2. Perhaps you could also tell us what numbers are on the IC's inside your MT-2.
Thanks again.
Regards Dr. Bob |

Hi davslav67 I forgot to ask. What is the serial number of your white lettering MT-2?

I am going with faded. The black in the pedal is not to black either, but it's not that great of a pic as well |

I got 2 of em Zerks, and it looks like they are dark grey metallic. One is a 92 the other is an 04, both have the orange lettering. This can happen as Ibanez had a one year only Master series ( L series) in 85. Some of the early ones had green lettering while most had white! |

| To answer one question, I bought it like this, so I don't know if it was in the sun a lot or if it had something spilled on it. The serial number is FL61789. I'll get some pics of the inside when I get a chance, hopefully tommorrow. |

Welcome davslav67.
I'm going to go with faded as well. You should compare the paint color inside the battery compartment to the outside of the pedal and see if you notice any color fading. |
