Hi faltarn
I finally managed to get a CS-2 that works properly. I Recored with it recently, & it really kicks butt. It's tonal characteristics change when it's recorded, (in a good way - almost transparent). The recording sounded like it came out of a half million dollar studio.
But My fav. Boss Pedal/s is my collection of CE-2's
That might change when I get an RC-2 or it's big brother looper.
Regards Dr. Bob

| It probably has to be the XT-2. With RC-2 coming close second. I guess I have a little soft spot for those sparkely red ones |

RV-3 is my all time favorite Boss pedal I've owned. I really like my DD-2 and RC-2 as well.
Honorable Mention: TU-2 |

I may have already voted but think I'll vote again
I'd have to say I'm always using my CE-5 & TR-2 so they must be my favorite Boss pedals. DD-5 a close 3rd. The BD-2 was on the list before my new amps. |

Hi scrappy1
Last count 6 CE-2's maybe 7, not all in boxes, but I don't really mind if they are boxed or not, & I don't mid if they are MIT or MIJ, or their condition, as long as they are working.
I am trying to get 9 or 11 of them. I have an experimental idea that I want to try out, but that's another story. I have some CE-3's and CE-5's, the analog ones, but they sound different.
Are you collecting the Ce-2's or do use use a multi-Tri chorus setup? Yours are all minty & fresh looking.
Regards Dr. Bob

Wow, that's Bunch of Chorus! I just use one at a time, but I will have to try the tri-Chorus set up now. Sort of collecting different labels of the same pedal when I can. Not just CE-2's. You got me curious about your experimental idea?

I really like the mix of a PH-1r in to a CE-2, sometimes with the DD-3 set to 'tape delay' (2,2,4-5,L) Hard to say which is my fav, tho the phaser and delay always seem to find its way back onto the pedalboard |

| I cannot get enough of my Keeley modded MT-2. Its the closest I will get right now to owning something that sounds like a supercharged Soldano... |

Probably the first DD-3 i bought more than 10 years ago,i swear it nearly sounds analog these days i couldn't see this ever leaving my pedalboard..i also have a soft spot for my TR-2 and CS-3 and my most useful pedal is hands down my LS-2.... |

For bass it's still the old (and now opto modded) CS-3. For guitar the SD-808 modded SD-1 and the DD-3 see a lot of use. |

Well, maybe because it's new (to me) and I had to lovingly restore it but, my PH-1r It's living up to all the hype and my high expectations! |

another BIG vote for the CE2 - I have two of them - I run one with both knobs at around 3 o'clock - it's sort of a pitch bending, octave-like sound - works great for rhythm and well as solo work
the other I set at 10 and 2 o'clock - adds fullness and depth |

| Right now, it's probably a tie between the DD-6 and my old HM-2. I wanna pick up a CS-2 one of these days! |
