Thanks! I never would have done it if I hadn't found a second amp so cheap...

Can highly recommend it. Ping-pong delay and stereo chorus is awesome! Not practical for a gig, but really nice for the basement.

depends on how many roadies you have........but i know what you mean about the stereo chorus...i ran a stereo rig for years off my CH-1.. now since i got the CE-2 i will use the dynacord rotary sim and the XTpro if i need to run a second amp......sometimes during the summer we do some outdoor gigs, two amps are ok..but inside in most pubs it's a bit much...seriously with the CE-2 i don't miss the stereo spread of the CH-1 too much.....

Can't wait to try my PN-2, I like the panning very much, only thing is that I play on a fender m-80 and a 15 watt squier amp and that is not what you want to hear, it's like listening to an 'am radio' and a 'fm radio'

Dual mono is just the signal split between two (or more!) amps... so essentially each has the same sound.
Most engineers set up PA systems to work that way, so one side of the audience does not here a different sound to the other.

Stereo has variations in L and R sounds.

An obvious test is reveb or delay, with the sound bouncing L > R.

Or a chorus pedal... test with headphones.
Pedal off has a dead center (mono) signal (although, it's actually dual-mono as the L and R have the same sound),
then as soon as you switch the chorus on and dial the depth up, you're obviously in stereo land!

I have always used stereo set ups.
For live purposes I combine both L and R to create a mono signal for the PA.
Straight stereo for recording though.
