Hi Guys

I was wondering what Santa left under the Chrissy tree for you?
I realize, that this could also go under the "New Pedals/Gear" Thread.

Under our tree music wise.
NOS - Electro Harmonix English Muff'n dual tube pre-amp overdrive.
.. Download the video & sound samples.
NOS - Electro Harmonix Small Stone Phaser reissue.
And as you are all aware by now, my fav.pedal, another Boss CE-2.

A pre-loved 52RI Telecaster in lovely honey blonde.
A Tweed strap to match the Tele.
A Boss PW-1 Rocker Wah.

And from the family,
A Hugo Boss smelly stuff box.
A 200mm mini telescopic tripod, for taking all the closeups of my pedals & gear.

And a really fantastic Lunch & kiss from Mrs Dr. Bob..
You're all welcome to come over for seconds, a drink & some dessert.

Overall a really good morning.. Might even put the GAS at bay for a few days.

Regards Dr. Bob

- KISS un-official 2008 calendar
- 20 4x38 mm badges of Beatles
- A silver skull ring for my character in the Opera Rock (I hope we'll debut in next Spring...)
- A book "Progressive & Underground in Gran Bretagna ed Europa 1967-1976" History of Rock Progressive during the golden age, 188 bands and a section dedicated to 43 of more representative italian bands

... not bad.

My son got me the Great Canadian songbook, I has a labour union oriented song about the Hillcrest mine disaster, aptly named Hillcrest Mine, that I have been trying to find for a few years. It also has a few by Gordon Lightfoot, Stompin' Tom Connors and Ian Tyson. The best part is, there is no mention of Celine Dion. Also my speaker cab arrived on Christmas eve, and I will post about that on another thread.

hi doc...it's an aldi special ..a bontempi, but it's really easy to use and it has 130 different sounds plus a heap of backing tracks in various styles that change key with the chord changes you make or you can use it as a straight piano/synth if you want.....one of the best christmas presents i have got in years but i think mrs franzoni is beginning to regret it already.............

Hi exodia333

Nice score
You will have to tell us what the Digitech Hendrix pedal is like?

I don't know much about the Rocktron Silver Dragon.

I left a Roland DAC-15XD amp under the tree for myself. My wife... oops, I mean Santa left me a new cell phone.

It is my first cell phone and I didn't want it. And now I look like an ass because I've been riding all my friends for years about being lame for having cell phones, and proclaiming myself the only cool one left because I didn't have one. Now I do so I'm not cool anymore.

Hi Right Foot Boss
You can still be cool.
Just don't turn it on, or don't call anyone, or use the excuse that the battery is flat.

You're a big boy, I'm sure you can think of many other excuses.

I have to turn my work cell off, for the holidays & weekends, else the buggers call you at 3:30am.
Hi did I wake you? no stupid! I stayed up all night waiting for you to call.

Regards Dr. Bob
