I have one of those as well, I bought mine new, so long ago I can't remember. I still have the Manual & the nice Silver Vinyl Case. But the box it came in, went missing a long time ago.

Hi Hagalaz here is a link to one, that shows the silver vinyl case. I found it on Google images Hope it helps, if not I will see if I can take some shots of mine. Any specific angles or detail?
