One pedal (of the twinpedal) for a Les Paul and a cranked Marshall Bluesbreaker Combo, the other for a Strat and a BF Super Reverb (for clean). Thats all you need....
that would be a sweet pedal, but you could put even more combos on it or have like 10 different guitar and 10 different amp sounds to choose from and you could mix and match.
I've often thought that the Pod and other amp simulators have too many built in simulations. I upgraded my Pod XT Pro with all the downloadable packages from the net. The result was that I haven't used it since. It takes me forever just to find the amp I want to play through and adding effects take even longer.
One pedal containing one amp sim would be perfect for me. Fender Twin in a stompbox. Very cool. I don't recommend that Boss introduce COSM into the compact pedal series though. That would clutter up the whole series.
Twin Pedals will definitely be there. I thought I had everything covered but there's new products popping up every day that I've never heard of. 22 products left to cover now until I can publish the pages.
The AC-3 wasn't announced when I wrote the quote. I think it was a bad move on Boss behalf. COSM is a technology used to make a device emulate some other device. I think the compact pedals should be about creating new exiting sounds and not about trying to sound like something that already exists. If I worked for Boss they would probably fire me on the spot
