Hi all
I'm a completely new eBayer and I won my first object 2 days ago ( it was a BIN auction). I know that buyers give feedback to sellers, but is it also common that sellers give feedback to buyers?

Feedback is supposed to go both ways, but unfortunately, some people are assholes. I usually send a courtesy e-mail once I have left them feedback saying 'thanks for a smooth transaction, I've left you feedback, and I'd appreciate it if you would take the time to do the same for me...etc...etc...'. Usually works, but not always...
Also, a lot of sellers will not leave feedback until you have left feedback for them.

A seller can't leave negative feedback anymore. So as a buyer you are free to tell the truth without fear of retaliatory feedback. As the seller...well, it's not such a great rule change. |
