| Maybe a Steve Vai DS-1 version called "Surfing on the Dist" it must be red with the "surfing on the alien" graphic. |

If "Surfing on the Alien" is meant to be some pun on Joe Satriani i will come hunt you down!
I don't think Boss would ever make signature pedals but if they did they should make some pedals for: Yngwie Johan Malmsteen, Dave Navaro, Joe Satriani and many others. |

| I doubt there would be a Satriani pedal any time soon since he has a signature line of pedals out with Vox now...a Distortion, Wah, and Delay so far I think... |

Pedal: EF-1 Description: A DS-2 colored puke green. Guitarist: Kurt Cobain.
Reason: He used a DS-2/DS-1 and claimed he used a "Roland EF-1 distortion" in a '94 Guitar World Magazine interview I recently read which was either an error by GW or he was just fucking with them. He also claimed "I go though about five a tour..." lol |

Funny but it has taken me all this time to notice the title of this thread! One could assume that female guitarists are too cool and not geeky enough to hang around here but... Not having a go at all just pointing something out, after all this must be one of the most friendly and helpful forums on the web.
So some ideas to balance the equation a little...
The Bonnie Raitt pedal - kind of a blues driver with a bit of clean compression built in for that wonderful slide work of hers - red head red / organge (!)
I'll also mention Susan Tedeschi (Trucks) although I have no idea if she would like a Boss pedal.

Hi archimedes & Guys Apologies if I'm sort of hijacking the thread for a moment. It's strangely coincidental that you should mention her.
My work mate just came back from Colorado Springs & gave me an album of hers. He saw her & many other players at some live Blues & Roots festival. He bought a few albums off different artists that day, & she was one of them.
He's a listener-music collector these days, & he had many nice things to say about her, & about her playing & music.
Regards Dr. Bob
