and this pedal does not have the orginal knob for that price

That's a really good point chrissydamage I didn't spot that - that winner might just feel a bit sick right now!

I guess that can happen if you turn an auction into some sort of macho bidding war - as you say though, that will be one very happy seller

Now where is that boxed up DM-2 of mine? Actually - no way - not in a month of Sundays - I love that pedal and it will always have a place in my live rig.

Nah looks legit to me- sold to a French bidder,

2nd highest was in Spain

Good indication of how weak our currency is really ;)

Unless theres some guy in France currently crying himself to sleep and wishing he heard of XE.com before he threw that bid in

Nah Zerks right they're reproduction ones-

Boss stopped making the early dials with the grommets many moons ago-

The reproduction ones are made in the far east and are not really very good- you have to file them down to get rid of all the sharp plastic and they have larger chrome caps on them than the originals.....
