Basically one end has a standard stereo (tip/ring) jack, the other has 2 mono jacks (tip only). These are sometimes called insert cables.
Connect the stereo end to the pedal. Connect the 2 mono ends to the in/out of the FV500 (it maybe a bit of luck as to which goes to the IN, which goes to the OUT). Set your volume knob on the FV500 to zero and all should now work.
Ok i try to plug my amp input to output of the AW-3 Guitar Input to my guitar ok, Exp/Cont of AW-3 (Whit the jack stereo)goes to the exp fv500 and the other to out of the fv500, Volume to zero and its not work what'wrong and how i calibrate the pedal... please Help me
Don't connect both ends to an out on the FV500!!! It needs to form a complete circuit... From the AW3 > In the FV500 > Out the FV500 > Back to AW3.
You have to an IN and an OUT on the FV500, and make sure it's the same In and OUT (ie both Left In/Outs r both Right In/Outs). If it doesn't work, just swap the In and Out connections around.
