Does anybody know how difficult it would be to modify the PN-2's B Input to accept an exp pedal to control the rate? First, let me say that I'm not the most technically savvy person when it comes to modifying pedals, but I usually can figure some things out. Anybody ever does this before? I think it would be pretty cool, considering it's my only stereo pedal and I really don't need the stereo inputs. And treadle-controlled trem is always cool.
I guess it couldn't be that hard... if you can find a decent schematic of the board and figure out which part controls rate (or even just try bridging different parts of the circuit with a test pot), you could over-ride the on-board pot control with an expression pedal. I've been thinking about this myself. Also, tap-tempo would be very useful in the PN-2...
I was contemplating adding another socket on mine for exp/ctl rather than tampering with the A/B inputs.
I will have a tinker with my PN-2 on the weekend and see if I come up with anything. I will be very interested to see how your project goes!
Cool. I'm going to play around with it this weekend too and see what I come up with. I've been looking for a schem, but can't find one... a free one at least. Anybody know where one is?
