I cannot believe I forgot to mention this:

Derek Trucks! NO ONE can touch him on slide. An SG and a Super Reverb w/ a whole lotta soul. Especially live. That guy's tone is so beautiful. Do yourself a favor and see him live someday even if you don't like slide all that much.

I wonder how much of his gear he got back? On the Analog.Man website, it says all of it was stolen in March.

I understand Derek got about half of his gear back. Someone "found" it an abandoned parking lot. Sounds fishy... I also saw him on the cover a new guitar publication (something from the UK) with his old Washburn, which was a signature model he developed about 8 years ago. I hope his SG didn't get stolen.

I work at a (large) hotel. We have our own A/V company in house, so they do sound, video, etc. That's who Mr. Jordan's uncle works for.
