ive been trying to get my hands on an sd-2 for ages on ebay and other sites but i cnt seem to find any decent condition ones.

anyone no where i cn get 1?

They're not *super* rare, but it took me a little while to find a nice one out there. There have been a few on eBay within the last week. That's about the best suggestion I have. Best of luck!

I�m also searching for this one, hard to find in Sweden. This is one of the very few distorsions/overdrives I still miss of the Boss-line.

I already sold 2 SD-2 units. SD-2's are not that hard to find here in the Philippines. You can ask maniacally_cool bout that.
I got one from him.

Personally i think it's the best sounding Boss overdrive ever made.

Apart from a few tiny chips on the paintwork it is in absolutely fantastic condition and full working order.

I think the SD2 is cool, but I don't think it beats the OD1 as far as Boss ODs go.

I need to check out the OD2. I have an OD2r, but the circuit is apparently slightly different. Anyone compared these two?

I don't have the R but I thought the difference was just the extra jack socket. The OD-2 was made for ages so there's probably minor differences made along the way.

I had someone tell me that the circuit difference is more than just the additional jack, but I haven't been able to compare them. Hopefully I can pick one up soon.
