Looks like these guys have a selection of the small potentiometers used in Boss pedals, both audio and linear taper, with correct length on the shaft so that they just need to be soldered to and mounted.
Just something I ran across in my travels. I see pedals on Ebay every so often where the shafts are broken off at the mounting nut.
