I own a DSD-2, which is a very underrated pedal, in my opinion. Is pretty cheap, and is almost identical to a DD-2, which means that sounds very very nice. It has also a little sampler (800ms). But, theres an extra about this pedal, and in my opinion, is its best feature. Im talking about the trigger input. This allows you to control the tempo of the repetitions with a drum machine (it must be an analog one, of course, in my case a DR-110). When you use it in delay mode, you obtain irregular repetitions, the DSD-2 following the pattern on the drum machine. It is difficult to explain, but, believe me, sounds great and very, very original. When you use it in sampler mode, the sample will be looped following the drum pattern too (specifically the accent pattern). The possibilities are almost infinite. I really, really love this pedal, and i think is the cheapest delay available in the whole Boss series.
If you want more information or sound samples recorded by myself, just email me. Excuse my english, Im from Argentina...
