Let me step in.. My WD-7 is EXCellent. Highly configurable, sounds good, cheaper than some Dunlops, heavy construction. It has a cool auto-switch mode where you flip a lever & it automatically goes back down to heel position when you take your foot off. The only thing is really is that the sweep isn't as far as I'd like it. But there's a hack that fixes that internally with a trimpot. All in all, I thought a good buy.
Weird how the edit-box lengthens a post sometimes.
Hi DeFrag
Do you have a link to that internal mod? Does it actually increase the sweep angle/travel of the pedal, or does it just alter the rate of sweep?

Hi timbo Welcome to the forum...
Why the black tape over the knobs on the BF-2, it that to stop any accidental changes to your special setting.?
Can I ask what part of OZ you are from?

I'm new here, but I'll join in anyhow:

The BCB-60 has:
Fender Sparkle Tuner -> CS-3 -> Keeley DS-1 Ultra -> Keeley TS-9 Mod+ -> Keeley Baked Mod -> CH-1 -> Marshall Echohead
The Gator Pedal Tote has:
TU-2 [1] -> Barber Tone Press -> Fulltone Ultimate Octave -> Fulltone Fulldrive II FM -> Fulltone mini Deja Vibe

No Boss content...
Cry Baby -> Vintage RAT -> Drivetrain II -> Korg G4 with Fender Stage tuner running from the right channel.
1) Acting as a buffer for all those nasty true bypass pedals |

Thanks.
The G4 & the mini Daje Vibe are completely different animals. The Deja Vibe is basically Robin Trower in a box. The day I bought it I must have played my iffy version of "Victims of the Fury" a hundred times! The G4 gets much closer to a true Leslie sound, with all the attendant problems that entails, mainly a missing chunk of mid range that makes it psycho-acoustically quieter when you knock it off bypass mode. An major advantage of the G4 is that you can crank the output level so that you're effectively running a clean boost at the end of your signal chain.
I'm having trouble with the G4 at the moment though. The speed switch is being awkward and I'm getting some nasty noises outof it when I kick in the RAT. I had it apart a couple of weeks ago and cleaned up the area on the circuit board around the offending switch, which seemed to fix it for a time, but yesterday it started playing silly buggers again. The noises are probbaly down to my running the whole board from one power supply, a Danelectro zero hum, and the RAT having a reversed earth to the others. The G4 is very finicky about shating a power supply. The Danelectro is the only one that didn't cause this board to get the earth loop from hell.
The board with all the Full tone stuff on it is pretty "specialised". It's ok to use it with my buddy's jam/blues/rock band, but with the covers outfit I just joined it'll have to be the BCB-60 board or the one with the G4 on it. |

So I finally moved into my new place and got it all set up. Instead of trying to be conservative, i just put in a lot. I havent tried it out yet (been playing guitar hero instead

I had a the extra cables, so I decided to make a "guest" pedal board next to the extra guitars.
The setup was really confusing though (it doesnt even match the layout, but its how it is):
Guitar > TU-2 > OC-2 > NS-2 in/send > SD-1 > DS-1 > MD-2 > MT-2 > NS-2 ret/out > GE-6 > Wah > PH-3 > BF-2 > CE-3 >> Mixer > EH-2 > DD-6 >> Split to 2 amps.
"guest board" Guitar > CS-3 > HM-2 > MZ-2 > GE-7 > Mixer > EH-2 > DD-6 >> Split to 2 amps.
So both pedalboards go to the mixer, then the mixer to enhancer, then delay, then split. That way, both get enhanced and delayed, and both guitars are playing through both speakers. What I just realized though is that the mic is getting delayed too, so maybe ill reorder it someday.

Here's my current board:

It's a weird angle from a show we did a couple of weeks ago, so it's hard to see some of the pedals, but basically it's an HBE Germania --> VintageFX Colordrive --> Reverend Drivetrain II --> Boss CH-1 (an older analog one) --> HBE Mimic (analog delay) --> Boss RV-3 --> Boss RC-2 Loop Station. The RV-3 sends the signal to two amps: a Peavey Classsic 30 and an old solid state Crate G40C-XL (their version of a JC-55). My most important effect--my foot! |

Hi jimib
What is the BLUE pedal above the Fender Blender? Who makes it?
