I couldnt live with the skull knob My wife told me it looked like a metal axe.... So I put a volume knob from my first strat there, a 1977, one of the few parts I still have from that strat.

I dont know if I mentioned that there is a push-pull pot for single coil if needed. The absense of neck and middle pickups makes it much better tone wise, no magnetic pull on the strings in this area. |

Any chance that you'll be posting a sound sample? |

| Very cool, Goran! I like the Fender knob much more than the skull by the way. (yes, I don't like metal) |

Looks great Goran... it does look better without the skull knob.. ...some of the early classic gibsons and fenders had just one pickup like this,it really seems to suit the vibe of the guitar....... |

| Wonderful! Exactly the kind of guitar I'd want to make myself, if I had the parts. |

I have done a little work on the strat since last, fret polishing and "agening" of the gold parts. I found a Batman logo in silver and glued it to the head, so now its a Bat-Strat.

Nice Goran, all you need to learn is the original 1966 Batman theme.
Holy Batlogo, Batman! |
